Six-Week Program for Understanding and Changing Addictive Patterns
This is a six-session coaching program for people who want to stop repeating the same addictive or self-defeating patterns and understand what is actually driving them.
If insight, motivation, or discipline have not held, the issue is not effort. It is that the pattern has not been addressed at the level where it forms.
This program works at that level.
What this program is for
This program is for people who:
-
Repeatedly fall back into the same behaviors despite knowing better
-
Feel caught between wanting change and sabotaging it
-
Have tried forcing, abstaining, or managing symptoms without stability
-
Want clarity about what kind of action actually changes the pattern
It applies to substance use, compulsive habits, emotional reactivity, overworking, and destructive relationship dynamics.
How the program works
The program is built around the Four Quadrants of Self-Esteem and Behavior model.
Across six sessions, we map how your emotional states, identity narratives, and behavioral responses reinforce each other. You learn why certain behaviors feel necessary, how attempts to control them often backfire, and what kind of response weakens the loop instead of strengthening it.
The work progresses from observation to application.
Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced.

-
Practical ways to interrupt the loop when it activates

Greater confidence in choosing actions that align with your values

-
Simple between-session practices to support integration
-
Supporting materials and reflection tools
What this program is not
