Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://fourquadrantscoaching.com and the products and services provided by Four Quadrants Coaching OÜ. By using the Website or purchasing any Product or Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • “Company” means Four Quadrants Coaching OÜ.

  • “Website” means https://fourquadrantscoaching.com.

  • “Products” means digital downloads such as ebooks, PDFs, or other files.

  • “Services” means coaching sessions and coaching programs delivered online.

  • “Client” or “you” means the person accessing the Website or purchasing Products or Services.

3. Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

The Website, Products, and Services are intended for adults only.

If you are under 18 years of age, you must not use this Website, purchase Products, or engage in any Services offered by Four Quadrants Coaching OÜ.

4. Services and products

We provide:

  1. Digital products (downloadable files).

  2. One-to-one coaching sessions delivered online via Zoom.

  3. Coaching programs.

All coaching is delivered online. Payments are one-time unless otherwise stated.

5. Accounts and checkout

You may create an account during checkout. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not sell or transfer your account.

6. Pricing, VAT, currency, invoicing, and errors

All prices are listed in EUR. As Four Quadrants Coaching OÜ is not VAT-registered, VAT is not added or charged.
Invoices are issued electronically to the email provided at checkout.
If a material pricing or description error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order before fulfillment and issue a full refund.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. All payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
If you initiate a chargeback contrary to these Terms, the Company may suspend access and pursue owed amounts, including reasonable recovery costs.

8. Delivery of digital products

Digital products are delivered by a download link on the order confirmation page and by email after successful payment.
Links may expire after 7 days or 3 download attempts. If your link fails, contact taavi@fourquadrantscoaching.com with your order number.

9. Scheduling and attendance (coaching)

Time zone. All scheduling and deadlines use Europe/Tallinn time.
Rescheduling. You may reschedule with at least 36 hours’ notice. Later requests may be declined and the session may be marked as used.
Late arrivals. Sessions end at the scheduled time.
No-show. Failure to attend within 15 minutes counts as a used session.
Technical issues. If our technology fails, we will reschedule at no cost. If your technology fails, the session may be treated as used at our discretion.
Reschedule cap. A package may be rescheduled up to 2 times unless otherwise agreed.

10. EU consumer right of withdrawal

Digital products. By purchasing a digital product you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the download or streaming begins, as permitted by EU consumer law.
Coaching services. EU consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw from a service contract that has not started. If you ask us to begin within 14 days, you owe a proportionate amount for services performed up to your withdrawal notice, or you may waive the right in writing.
How to withdraw. Email taavi@fourquadrantscoaching.com with your name, address, order details, and a clear statement of withdrawal. A model withdrawal form is available on request.

11. Refunds

Digital products. By purchasing, you request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download begins, as permitted by EU consumer law. No refunds are given once access has started.
Single coaching sessions. No refunds after the session or for late cancellations that do not meet the rescheduling window.
Coaching packages. Refunds for unused sessions may be considered at our discretion. If a partial refund is granted, any package discounts may be recalculated.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to:
a) use the Website or Services for unlawful purposes;
b) harass, abuse, or harm others;
c) share or resell access credentials;
d) scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the Website;
e) copy, distribute, or publicly share our materials without permission;
f) advertise or offer to sell goods or services through our channels without consent;
g) post product reviews or comments that are unlawful, misleading, promotional, or unrelated to your experience (if reviews are enabled). The Company may remove any review at its discretion.

13. Intellectual property and license to client

All content provided by Four Quadrants Coaching OÜ, including models, frameworks, exercises, session language, and downloadable materials, is protected intellectual property.
Upon valid purchase, the Company grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased digital materials for your private use only. You may not reproduce, teach, incorporate, or adapt these materials in your own coaching, teaching, therapy, or consulting work, whether paid or unpaid, without written permission or a license. You may not imply sponsorship or affiliation without written consent.

14. Coaching services disclaimer

Coaching is for personal development and education. It does not constitute medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment and is not a substitute for professional care.
No specific outcomes are guaranteed. Results depend on your circumstances and effort. You remain solely responsible for your decisions and actions.
If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, contact local emergency services or licensed professionals.

15. Results and testimonials disclaimer

Testimonials and client experiences are individual stories for illustrative purposes. Results vary. No outcome is guaranteed.

16. No coaching relationship from content

Reading blog posts, downloading free materials, or purchasing digital products does not create a coaching relationship. A coaching relationship begins only after a paid agreement and confirmed scheduling.

17. Confidentiality in coaching

Information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law, including risks of imminent harm.
The Company takes appropriate measures to protect privacy. Digital communications and platforms carry inherent security risks, which you acknowledge and accept.

18. Session recording and notes

Sessions are not recorded unless we obtain your explicit written consent in advance. If recorded, we will state the purpose and retention period. Coaching notes may be kept to deliver services and are treated as confidential.

19. Client feedback and testimonial consent

We may request permission to share anonymized excerpts of your written or spoken feedback for marketing or educational purposes. This is always done with your explicit consent. No identifying information will be used without your written permission. You may opt out at any time by contacting taavi@fourquadrantscoaching.com.

20. Third-party services and links

The Website may link to third-party services such as WooCommerce, Stripe, Calendly, Smaily, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel.. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.

21. Data protection and privacy (summary)

Four Quadrants Coaching OÜ is the data controller. We process personal data to perform contracts, based on consent, and for legitimate interests such as site security and administration.
Main processors may include WooCommerce, Stripe, Calendly, Smaily, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel.
Your rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. See our Privacy Policy at Privacy Policy for full details, including retention, international transfers, and cookies. Cookie preferences can be managed via our cookie banner and settings.

22. Service availability and force majeure

We do not guarantee continuous availability. We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, cyber incidents, acts of God, government action, strikes, or utility interruptions.

23. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, and consequential losses, including loss of profits or data.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Website, Products, or Services shall not exceed the lesser of EUR 500 or the total fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

24. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Four Quadrants Coaching OÜ, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website, Products, or Services.

25. Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to the Website, Products, or Services immediately, including future sessions, if we reasonably believe that you breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or pose a risk to others. Where lawful, we will notify you by email.

26. Informal resolution and dispute process

If a dispute arises, both parties will first try to resolve it by informal negotiation for 30 days after written notice.
If not resolved, the dispute will be submitted to the courts in Tartu (Tartu County), Estonia. The language will be English. This does not limit your mandatory consumer rights.

27. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Subject to any mandatory consumer venue rights, courts in Tartu County, Estonia have exclusive jurisdiction.

28. EU consumer dispute information

EU consumers may use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr. You may also contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee.

29. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by a notice on the Terms page or a banner on the Website. We aim to give reasonable notice where practical. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

30. Transfer and non-assignment

You may not assign, transfer, resell, or share your rights or obligations under these Terms. This includes access to coaching sessions, digital products, or any part of the Services, unless you have our prior written consent.

31. Notices

Official notices to the Company must be sent to taavi@fourquadrantscoaching.com. We may provide notices to you via the email used for your order or account, or by posting on the Website.

32. Order of precedence

If there is a conflict between these Terms and any other documentation (including marketing pages or emails), these Terms prevail.

33. Interpretation

If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. No failure to enforce is a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Four Quadrants Coaching OÜ and prevail over prior communications. If we provide a translation, the English version prevails.

34. Email Communication and Newsletter

By providing your email address when subscribing or downloading free materials, you consent to receive the requested content (such as the free chapters) and occasional follow-up emails containing insights, news, and offers related to Four Quadrants Coaching.
