The program builds on the Four Quadrants of Self-Esteem and Behavior model and expands the work across time.
We do not rush insight.
We focus on repetition, integration, and consolidation.
Across 12 sessions, we work through how your identity, emotional regulation, and behavior interact in different situations, and how to respond consistently without reverting to old strategies.
The emphasis is not on intensity, but on durability.
